[EU] Core of 4 looking for a dedicated players with open/intermediate experience and a pinch of self-development About us: We undertook tryouts in Poland, which resulted in extreme depression and the desire to do, I won't tell you what, despite trying to save the project, one contender said that didn't want to continue, becouse "he have no time", We really value ourselfs a lot of communication and its quality. We dont want to play on a nearly muted microphone, so it is really important for us. Anyway we would love to one thinking unit, especially: ***Riff/Aimer-****To be honest, you will have slightly different responsibilities, but the goal is similar to that of an anchor, we only expect brain and experience in team play. We want to give you as much space as possible to do what you need to do: Execution of a plan leading to taking a place on the map and, with your skills and agreement with the leader, using your talent in the best possible way How does the try-outs look like: -So basically we start with 2 starting praccs. We want to see if you dont have any big red flags for us, and if we can try to cooperate well. -Next we want to schedule a one day few praccs, and if after a few days both sides will be happy, we will schedule 2 weeks that will contain: developing the map pool, talking about the mistakes, and if after this 2 weeks everything works out we can move on :) Our goals: All of us took a part in several ESEA leagues (Open/intermediate), we have been learning teamplay for many years and we spent more than one day practicing grenades/peeks, bombsite executes and improving comms. Everyone in this project has high goals but also increasingly higher expectations from each of us day by day. If you are interested in a good team with good humor and the desire to develop, regardless of how difficult it is, we would like to invite you to tryouts, which will most likely take place in early June, where we will select players with whom we will achieve high goals and together we will achieve as much as possible.
