This is a new online team trying to reach high. Were looking for an IGL that communicates calmly, have the courage to tell other team players if they're doing something wrong & that you has the time to look into new tactics for the team to try. If/when we play compete in tournaments, the prize money will be slit between all of the players. I am trying to reach out to a few coaches, but have had no luck so far. And we will be training for at least a few hours a week.
